Where it started
B.Tech CSE begins. I spent four years at the surface: able to follow any conversation, able to finish almost nothing.
AI builder in Bengaluru.
I see it finished.
Then I build
the road.
I direct AI agents to build video pipelines, agent systems and websites. Founders get it shipped. Engineers get to see how it works.
I saw the finished thing years before I could build one. This is the road from there to here, including the parts that stalled.

Founded a student tech community and took it from 0 to 150+ members. Mentored 50+ students through their first real builds.

Ran the CySEntia tech festival end to end. 1,000+ participants, one student team, one semester.

2nd place, IIT Madras AI Startup Competition. Top 60 of 6,000+ entries. Pitched health-tech to a panel that included a former Google VP.

M.Tech CSE begins. Freelance AI work starts alongside it: training data and model evaluation, on deadlines that were not mine.

Joined SmashVision, a Belgian sports-AI startup, annotating volleyball footage frame by frame. Then asked for more scope, three times.

Built an AI studio that edits by conversation and delivered 10 films to SmashVision through it. Shipped madebyzohra.in, rebuilding its backend from Medusa to plain Express.

Volunteered to run SmashVision’s marketing with no marketing background, so I built the team out of AI agents, with a gate that refuses any claim without a source.

Cut nine reels from one Essae Chandran Institute shoot, one commissioned and paid. Built Pair, where Claude Code and Codex review each other, and Mirror, one memory for all my agents.
NOW
The pattern I keep hitting: architecture gets fully designed, execution stalls. I have named it, and I build against it now.
Each build says what it is today: live, in client use, active or paused.

Same care on all three. Each job gets one fixed quote after a call, in rupees, or in USD for clients abroad.
Scoped and priced on a call
Conversational editing on the ZLAN pipeline. You direct in plain language; I run transcript, cut list, composition and render.
For founders and agencies sitting on footage with no editor.
Book a callScoped and priced on a call
Agents, pipelines and internal tools built with Claude Code. Scoped small enough to finish and documented enough to hand over.
For teams with a repetitive process worth automating.

Custom marketing sites and storefronts. Fast, owned by you, no page-builder lock-in and no monthly rent on your own site.
For brands who have outgrown the template.
Book a callTell me what you are trying to get out the door. I will say plainly whether I am the right person for it, what it takes and how fast — before either of us commits to anything.

A short video of his feedback after the Sento pitch at IIT Madras.
I was very satisfied working with Fuzlan. He communicates fast, clear and polite. He is eager to learn and gave me high quality annotations. Well done!
He is an enthusiastic kid.
More are being collected, word for word, from the people I’ve delivered for.
I use Claude Code and pipelines I have built to move faster. You get code and files you own, not prompt output pasted into a document. It ships under my name and I can explain every part of it.
Because the honest number depends on the scope. After one 30-minute call you get a single fixed quote, in rupees, or in USD if you are abroad. It is agreed before any work starts and only changes if the scope does.
Usually within a week. I take a small number of projects at a time so the one in front of me actually moves.
Yes. SmashVision’s recent reels are public on their Instagram, and the ZLAN film is on YouTube; both are linked in the Work section. Footage that isn’t public stays with the people who paid for it.
I say so early and you do not pay for the part that did not land. I have stalled on my own projects before. The fix I use now is small scope and a hard date, and that is how I will scope yours.
Yes. You talk to the person building it, every time. There is no account manager between you and the work.
The footage, the brief or the repository, whichever applies, plus one person who can make decisions. That is it. Send me a short brief.
One full revision pass is included in every project, plus small fixes for two weeks after handover. Anything beyond that we scope together.
Yes. I can plug into an existing codebase, work to your review process, and hand over everything with a README. The Work section shows how each of my builds is put together.
